Location was excellent to drive into the North Gate of Yellowstone. River view was beautiful Beds were extremely comfortable Appreciated the hanging space for jackets Great location to food Nice outdoor space with a fire pit looking out onto the mountains Great picture taking spot Appreciated the Fridge in room. Did not utilize facilities, so I can't speak to that

This hotel was over the top with amenities and extras. The location was great. It was minutes from Yellowstone and you could walk just about anywhere in town or use the hotels complimentary bikes. The hotel was located next to the Yellowstone River and the scenery was amazing. There were elk on the property every day. The fire pit and complimentary s'more kits were great. I also loved having coffee by the firepit in the morning. It was so peaceful. Coffee was available from 5am-10 which was perfect for us early risers and it was good coffee. Each room came with binoculars and a walking stick.

Lovely room, comfy bed. Staff was very nice as well, especially when there seems to have been an issue with me getting charged again despite having pre-paid You can do your laundry for free

It actually smelled so good all the time. That’s rare in a lot of hotels I stay at (and I usually stay at pretty high rated ones so thats odd to me.) the beds were super comfy! The pool and hot tub were great!! It was a very nice time, and housekeeping actually came in and did something every day! (A lot of places have the stupid new “green” rules where housekeeping doesn’t come clean or bring you towels) but this place was great!

The location was wonderful. We were right along the Yellowstone river. We shut off the ac and opened the windows and listened to the river all night! The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly. The beds were super comfortable as were the Pillows. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants. A great deli across the street had yummy breakfasts and we purchased sandwiches for our daily trips! Great area Great town. Perfect spot to say if you want to be near Yellowstone NP. It was ~5-10 minute drive to Roosevelts Arch!

Great view of the river and elk would come on property evening and mornings. Very close to Yellowstone park.

Breakfast was not included. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. I tried to go there for dinner on arrival. They were busy, but I was not acknowledged at all for 20 minutes so I left and ate elsewhere. I did not receive even a "hello". I would never eat at the restaurant. My room was clean and comfortable. I do think it was overpriced, but then everywhere is in Gardiner. Staff was very nice and professional.

Staff were most friendly and helpful. There are complimentary hot drinks at the reception, a good selection of drinks to make in the room (and one can also buy more capsules in the local shop). The indoor pool and outdoor spa were very good and useful. There's a very nice fireplace outside the reception with a nice covered outdoor seating area.

What an unexpected delight! They perfectly accommodated our 3 generations: indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, free game room, outdoor, but protected community area around a fire pit--and free s'more toxins, to boot! They offered the use of binoculars (great ones) and walking staff for Yellowstone visits. Location was perfect- we were in Yellowstone within 5 minutes! I cannot say enough about the staff--terrific!

The friendliness of the staff. Joe in maintenance helped us repair a suitcase damaged in internal flight. Associated restaurant on the site provided a friendly take away service at a reasonable price for the remoteness $35 for two double burgers with fries etc. Good size fridge to store our food.
